Molds can be a significant investment for many of our customers. So we leverage our in-depth engineering, design and production experience in order to get it right the first time.
We assist our customers from bottle conceptualization to mold design. With both 2D and 3D CAD capabilities we can develop virtual prototypes of new bottles for approval and then work with our customers on mold design including recommendations on various mold construction alternatives and cavitation decisions. We enjoy helping our customers create a packaging solution that differentiates their product from their competitors.
We also work continuously with our customers to ensure that our containers run smoothly in filling, labeling and capping operations by recommending the appropriate modifications to either the mold design or manufacturing process.
It is in our interest and that of our customers to continuously find ways to run more efficiently whether it is by looking for ways to reduce product weight, alter container design or increase cavitation. The end goal is to reduce the cost to the end customer without sacrificing quality.
